How is this place always out of so many items? Drink ingredients or foods, you name it and it might be out. I've been going here... for 5+ years and on weekends it's always a roulette of what they might be out of. Even for a starbucks it's much more frequentthan you'd expect. Going inside the workers are constantly busy, but there's a stack of supplies in the common area. No one hastime to put them away (or maybe even space to put it?). I love starbucks but this location on 8 mile leaves a lot to be desired have come to this one and always get rude short service... I try not to go to this one they are never friendly or accomodating will write a review regarding livonia and allen parklocation where the service is always outstanding I hate to be one of those people that have to say the suburbs do it better :-( Read more
I don't drink coffee, I just like the boxed lunches. The ppl are very nice!
Awful experience. They messed my simple order up, no foofoo drink, then when I asked them to remake it, she waits to make 8... drinks ahead of mine (I counted) Gross service. Read more
I haven't ventured into this establishment as I stop on my way home from picking up my niece on Thursdays, but I can't say... enough good things about the morning drive through staff. Next time I'll be sure to catch the name of the gentleman that alwaysgoes above and beyond in kindness but I'll give a shout out for Fatimah for now (I hope I spelled your name right.) Herpersonality is super out going and she was incredibly kind. She made this mornings experience an awesome start to what will be amemorably stressful day and I want go thank her for her kindness and hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Read more

Great customer service all the time. I always grab my favorite Caramel Frappuccino, Caramel Iced coffee, ice triple shot, etcs.... I never had to wait long because on a busy day i avoid coming lol. Fair enough. Read more
