I placed a mobile order at least 10 minutes prior to heading to the store. Waited about 15 minutes before going to the counter... to ask if my Chocolate Brownie mobile order was received. The barista had placed it on the side of the oven and forgot aboutit. It was busy but not too busy. The same barista was handing customers their mobile orders but for some reason forgot about myorder. This location tends to lack in consistent, good customer service unlike the Congress Street location, which is locatedabout 3 blocks away. I try avoiding this location for this reason. Read more
I?ve been waiting 30 minutes for a mobile pick up. The person dropping the food orders isn?t calling any names. They shouldn?t... accept mobile orders if you have to wait 30+ minutes to get your order. Read more
Ordered a latte and the milk was so spoiled that it was curdled in my drink. When I called to tell them, they didn?t apologize... for giving me something that could make customers sick, nor did they offer to remake my drink. Read more
This location tends to busy as it is in the heart of Detroit but the staff was still friendly and the service was quick. One of... the best Starbucks locations in town. The place was also super clean and spacious. Read more
This location is the worst Starbucks I've ever visit I ordered two large caramel frappe and I paid for large size But they gave... me a medium size , when I told them I paid for large .. they said we can't change the order ( they stole my money) ???? Not worth the long wait. The peppermint hot chocolate didn?t taste good but the regular hot chocolate was alright.
I placed a mobile order at 10:40 today, it is 11:18 and I still have not received my order. This place is packed to the max and... the barrista?s have horrible attitude. They have advised that they aren?t going in order, they make the drinks as they come outof the machine and if you haven?t gotten your order you ?need to wait till I call your name.?
