This place went downhill fast. Used to be the best Starbucks in Detroit. Now they literally don't care and have no since of... urgency. Expect to wait +35 minutes or more for online orders. Read more
Great coffee!
Were here at not busy time and would say service was slow and drinks expensive, dont understand why. Seems people dont like... working here, anoyed and not smiling at all. Cheer up a bit guys, even a 5 buck tip didnt help. Said story. Read more

Friendly and fast service. Every drink is crafted perfectly. Staff has great drink recommendations (I am now addicted to iced... oat milk shaken espressos). Clean store. Nice atmosphere and staff seems to genuinely enjoy working there. Read more
Beautiful place but only 6 months in and it seems the staff at this location are overwhelmed. Empty food displays,... non-refrigerated milk + other prep beverages, boxes + supplies everywhere. Hoping they get better soon. Read more
