I loveeeee starter?s midtown! I frequent that location 2 times a month. Never experienced this in 10 years going to that... location. Sind which school. I?m unsure if the location is understaffed or feeling rushed in the kitchen. Assumed this qualityof food and service would be equal. I ordered wing dings with Buffalo sauce I received chicken nuggets no sauce I receivedunder undercooked hard fries. I received undercooked 3 pieces of bread ordered as well. Everyone knows what Starters is... Decent bar food and strong drinks for a good price. This location, although a little more... hood than the others, has consistently served better food than the others. The service is good and the vibes are on point. Read more

Our server, Joslyn, was really good. However, our food was served drastically at different times. My food came out at least 20... minutes later than my friend's food. He had finished his food and his drink by the time I got my food. The chicken wrap wasdelivered hot but no sauce on it. The fries were lukewarm. It was very disappointing. We had great conversation and theatmosphere was fine but the delay with the food made the overall experience just okay. Read more

I haven?t been here and years, but they didn?t fail! I ordered the lobster tail, baked potato, corn, and broccoli.. I was... starving so I ordered a lot, but I truly enjoyed it all. The baked potato was burned, and the staff was very prompt on replacingit and the next one was good! No restaurant is perfect, but what I like is great customer service. Omg.... First off it was freezing in there which doesn't take away from the 5 star ranking.... The tomahawk steak was soo good... even at $60 bucks. Lamb chops, loaded potato skins were great... Thick waitresses serving the food so it was a greatexperience.. good environment overall Read more

The decor was very nice and they had lively music on a speaker. The burger was good and juicy, as well as the steak. The only... thing was that the mashed potatoes and broccoli sides weren't really seasoned or flavored and my bf didn't like his drink toomuch, but other than that, it was a nice dinner. They have pretty good spacing for social distancing, but the staff and othercustomers were a bit cavalier with the masks sometimes. Read more
