Since the management has changed, it's gotten a lot better from a few years ago, but they seem to be understaffed more often... than not. That said, the staff they have often are really good and doing the work of 2-3 people as efficiently as they can. Ihighly respect quite a few people they have on the line now, especially given how ridiculous the clientele at the location canbe. Read more

Always running out of bread, not careful when making sandwiches, will close at random without warning. This is the worst subway... I have ever had the displeasure of going to, if you're pressed for time don't bother. I wasted my lunch break coming here tofind it closed because they don't have any bread. Pathetic. Read more

I arrived at the location the employee was in the back. He finally came out and told me there was no bread. (NO BREAD) I was... told the last shift did not do their job. Very unprofessional but that seems to be the norm in the food service industry. Read more

I ordered a 6 inch sub of the day (plain turkey) on whole wheat with pickles, spinach, lettuce, green pepper, pickles, banana... pepper, and jalepenos. Ranch and sweet onions. I know it's gross but it's what I like. I paid the 3 bucks, and was given a6-inch Italian BMT on Italian bread, with onion, tomato, black olives, (<----- all of which I absolutely hate) with Italiandressing. Turns out they were giving everyone the wrong subs, so some sorry sucker got my gross concoction. Were theyunderstaffed? I guess it takes more than 5 people to work one subway line. Read more

This place is inside the hospital. It's usually pretty busy given where it is. They are usually pretty busy. But they are quick... and the cashier staff is usually nice enough. Read more

Not your nicest Subway, but I keep coming back here. Why? Because if you're at the DMC or if you're a medical student at Wayne... State, this is a fast and convenient place to get a healthy sandwich. Read more
