I honestly don't remember going to this subway. So that means that everything went fine lol.
I was able to get served by a lady that has been working there on an off for about 20 years she said and she is very... professional and kind. She didn't miss a Beat even when I left my extra sides she caught me before I walked out the door in themidst of a conversation to make sure I had everything. Wish I would have got her name but I'm definitely going back. Thank youfor showing us what great customer service is all about. Read more
The best time to go is later in the day when the older lady is there who's been working there for years. She definitely make the... sandwiches correct and I greatly appreciate her. Not down talking to other employees because I have much love and respect foreveryone in fast food. Read more
Let?s start with the food server, my number one pet peeve is when I?m ordering my food and the person preparing it has a issue.... They way she talked to me and my daughter was unacceptable. Will not be coming back here anytime soon. Read more
My usual BLT was great, except for the salad,which was so frost bitten and brown and dead I had to ask for new salad, as it was... dead and gone. Shame on the manager who was standing right there and ignored the sad state of her stores salad and continuedpaperwork. Kudos and much RESPECT to the employee who brought more salad and attempted to find fresher salad ,although alas itwas not to be found at this subway today. Read more
After staying in line for 10 minutes I was told that they only take orders up to 2 sandwiches in the counter. My order was for... 3 sandwiches and I was told that it needed to be online. I placed the order and 30 minutes later when I received a notificationthat it was ready I went to pick it up and it wasn?t ready. It took another 12 minutes before the order was ready. None is thesandwiches had cheese. If you ever need to wait an hour for sandwiches this is your place. Read more
