Placed an on line order through the Subway app for a B.M.T Bowl. Once I arrived back at work I noticed that the bowl had no meat... in the bowl and the order was incorrect. I called the store back to inform that my order was incorrect, and Dave answered thephone. Dave was extremely inpatient and rude while I was attempting to explain my issue and even going as far as telling me to"shut my mouth". Read more

Food is great majority of the time, I would have gave 5 stars but two employees closed 50 min before closing time. Google says... this location closes at 10:30pm, I arrived at location at approximately 9:42pm and these two female employees stated therestaurant was closed and they were already putting food up and cleaning their stations. Revisiting (one of the most helpful places) a "Subway" reminds me of how thrilled I was because of the "prep-friendly (woo, a... new food term, lol) selections. My first experience at Subway was exciting because I could see my food being prepared throughoutits completion. After ordering the "Cold-cut" 12 inch sub, dressed with whatever vegetables, cheeses, and dressings they hadto offer; I fell in love. Now, it took me a couple of tries to get it right, but that was expected when there's so many ways totry it. First time, the cheese, meat, and bun heated (didn't care for). The second go-round, none was heated (bread wasn'tsoft enough). My final (before I stamped it "my sandwhich) attempt, just the bun heated and everything else was cold (BINGO)with extra cheese. I will not have it any other way?. As a result, I committed to choosing healthier choices when it came to eating out. It has also motivated me to experiment more with vegetables that I use to frown upon. Read more
