Upon entering your store, I saw that there were two orders for pickup and went asked, by a short very dark skinned woman, I told... this employee my name...LaGaspa. She was rather confused and I repeated my name saying " Yes, LaGaspa, that's my name". Shequestioned what did I have and I repeated to her that I had these steak and cheese. She gave me my order, turned around to takea look at the other order and said something to her coworker in which she again said my name and my order. I heard my name and,from my point of view, she was still confused and I put my order back into the rotating bin and showed her that I did have theFlat Bread Steak & Cheese as I showed her my phone screen. At this point, she turned to me and, with disdain in her voice andbody language, asked what was wrong with my meal. I told her that nothing was wrong...I was just letting you know I'm the onewho had the flatbread. She said "I gave you a meal and I was not talking to you, I was talking to my co-worker". From this pointon, she further displayed disrespect and told me to get out...she gave me an order. I stood there agasp and in total dismay forwhich she further escalated the situation with more words but I walked out before *I* lost my respect and humanity. Looking atGoogle Maps and the reviews left over the last 3yrs, it would be easy to conclude that the owner PURPOSELY hires rude,obnoxious employees. This is the SECOND TIME that I've had to report this restaurant for improper service and/or disrespect forthe customers. I will not ever, Ever, EVER patronize this establishment, especially since there is a Popeyes Chicken immediatelyacross the street, Taco Bell, about 50 yards down the street and a Wendy's across from Taco Bell and a new Savvy Slidersrestaurant that just opened up, walking distance from this Subway!! I have far too many choices which I'm sure they'll accept mymoney. Read more

This place always looks clean and smells sanitary when ii go. I prefer if (all) of the servers be mindful about cross... contamination and not touch the microphone while preparing my food. Read more

Service was a little slow, I ordered online which said my order would be ready at 12:15 but it was closer to 12:30 before I... received it. But on the bright side everything was fresh and most importantly exactly as I asked. Which considering that Iordered 4 subs I was very pleased about. The young man who made my order was very courteous as well. Read more

If you have a large order, be careful, they do not care about providing effective service. We submitted an advanced order for my... job, more than $100. The worker didn't want to accept the order because she was "there by herself". We ended up going to adifferent location. When I contacted the store via their website, they replied back with the most generic apology that said"Sorry, we try to provide good service" and that was it. Will definitely not be returning there!
