I come to this subway for lunch quite often. This is a well ran subway. Great customer service and the food comes out fresh.... Everybody that works here is super nice. Also this subway is near First National Building. Easy to access. Read more

The quality of my sub wasn't that great. I ordered via GH. My toasted sub arrived hard, over baked and dry. Because it wasn't... cut in half, I had to pull apart the softest, most edible portion of my footlong. What I was able to eat, didn't taste so greateither, it barely had any dressing on it. Though GH delivered on their behalf in a timely fashion, Subway did not. :( Superdisappointed that my short lunch was wasted on this poorly made sandwich. :/ Read more

No sense of urgency, they all just joke around behind the line. Waited thirty minutes in line! I used to work at Subway and... when it was backed up, I would not have just stood at the cash register with nobody to ring up. I'd put some gloves on and helpthe others out. They are always so rude on top of that. I really dislike this location. Read more

AT ALL COSTS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY. Absolutely terrible service. SLOW and inattentive staff that appears to have little to... no direction at all will keep you waiting in line for significant periods of time while they walk away to answer personal phonecalls. Staff doesn't change gloves upon returning from the back and making orders. You'll wait in line for easily 30 minutes fora sandwich and if you do an online order for pick-up, expect it to be incorrectly made and not ready on time. This subway needsa manager to come in and get things into shape. I will never be returning to this location, no matter how conveniently itslocated. Read more

Horrible customer service. Young ladies eating when we walked in & said oh no. Then waited til one decided to help us. Very poor... customer relations skills during the ordering. Was 6 pm & out of several toppings. Girl tossed receipted across counter to me.With a big event, FIRST Championship at Cobo Center, would think be ready to go show off your business. Read more

THEY DIDNT HONOR MY COUPON!!! FALSE ADVERTMENT!!! Started eating at Subway to lower blood pressure and was boiled when a coupon... I received from this store was not honored. It called for if you bought a six inch or footlong Fresh Value meal that you get afree six inch sub of your choice. I ordered the Six Inch Rain Forrest Ham Fresh Value meal and 5 cookies. The dodo ringing up myorder rung up the six inch sandwich BOGO instead and charged me seperate for 2 cookies and an orange juice for $8.97. Iprotested that Im being overcharged and that you're charging me seperate for chips and beverage and Im supposed to only becharged extra for cookies because the combo meal was $5.99 plus price of cookies and tax. The cashier said "When I ring it up,thats what it comes up in the system...plus your getting a free sandwich!" I told her the combo includes a drink and chips andyou are charging me extra for stuff thats already included for free in the combo. At that time, the manager came out and she wasno better. She had blonde hair and looked like Michael Strahan. She told me "You think you aint going to get charged more whenyour free sub was a steak and cheese? You know how much that costs us?" I told her that this coupon says a FREE sub with apurchase of a 6 inch or footlong Fresh Value meal...it did not specify the type of sub, thats false advertisment! She copped anattitude and said if I wanted those chips it was going to cost extra. I told her that I was going to call corporate. As I satand ate, I called corporate and the Subway rep told me that I was right and they should not have charged me extra for drink andchips. He told me that the store owner would be reaching out to me soon. I informed the manager that I just called corporate andthey said that you should have honored this coupon because it is the weekend. Horrendous service. I came in and she was in the back. I had no idea where anyone was. After about five minutes, she came out to... the front then snapped at me, "Is that really how you're going to call me?!" and proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Then stated,"Couldn't you hear me say I'm coming in the back!". I simply said hello very politely and tapped on the glass. When it came downto making my sandwich it wasn't much better. She did a terrible job explaining the different means to me when I asked a littlequestion. Then she slapped the meat on the bread without even spreading it out. So at least a fourth of my sub didn't have meaton it... DO NOT WASTE your TIME or MONEY at THIS SUBWAY! Just drive or walk a little further to the next one. Read more
