This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been in. The girl with the Red hair and facial piercings takes personal calls while... she?s making customer sandwiches. Not only that, she is frequently arguing and yelling over her phone and uses offensivelanguage. She is unsanitary and uses food gloves to pick up her phone and ring up customers. I will be contacting thislocation?s manager or get the health department involved. She needs to be trained properly with food handling in a cleanenvironment. I'm only giving the one star to the security guard for doing his job! I placed an online order at this subway location inside... of Sinai Grace hospital my order came up to $49.52 ! Went to pick up my order & the security said that they weren't allowing outside orders just the doctors & residents can place & pick up orders.... I have been up at this hospital location twice tosee why I haven't received my refund back into my bank account for this purchase that I went to pick up but could notreceive; I have talked to the owner of this franchise and instead of him just refunding my money he has stated that he wantsto see my next bank statement because he claims that he has voided the transaction & the money should be back in my account & that I would have to wait til my next bank statement to show him in order to get my refund & this is the owner that statedthis!It's a bunch of Bull if he just post on the website that there not taking outside orders there wouldn't be any problems!!!!He will never get my business again And the security stated that this has happened several times with othercustomers & that they told the owner that he needs to do something to let outside people know !!!!!!!! Same experience when i go to subway where blacks work i never find professional black people working out there they always... caring a lazy not care attitude and it is not just at subway is just every where you go to do business in Detroit that?s whymost of the time i don?t mind driving several miles away from Detroit because i know 99% of the time i will get the service thati want and deserve. The only time i got good service at subway is when they had non blacks working. People like that will alwaysstay down and good things don?t come to them especially if they are great complainers. Poor service. I waited 15 minutes for the worker to clean her counter. The second worker who came through the door offered to... take my order . I asked for. Four subs and I was told that is considered a catering order. I told her I never heard of that so Iordered three subs and told her that I was going to just come back in again and order the 4th sub and she said it doesn?t worklike that . The funny part of this whole ordeal is that the store was empty. No other customers just myself and these two youngpunk girls. Their attitude was nasty from the start and I tried to be patient . I allowed her to make the three subs and beforeshe started with the toppings I told her that I had changed my mind. I went to the subway on West 7 mile and ordered my foursubs without an issue.
