Slow staff.. long wait, not busy they're just slow servers ..35 minutes for a cup of coffee.. never again
Good Morning I visit your establishment this morning and cashier was very nasty didn?t get my order right I had to make a second... trip to complete my order she made me pay for a donut I didn?t order, very rude & talkative was on her phone both visit to yourestablishment. I prefer to drive extra 6 mile to Tim Horton on 9 mile better service & nicer people all around great customerservice at 9 mile I won?t be giving my business to Tim Horton on Wyoming & Fenkell anymore I deserve better than to be ignoredwhen I?m spending my money. Viewers, please make sure you repeat your order twice so the employees can get it right. I refuse to stop supporting so I?m gone... keep going here until they get it together. Also, if you request lots of sugar go down at least 2 packages to have the taste youreally want. Read more
Waited 20 minutes and paid nearly $20 for a meal that was disgusting. Drink way over sweetened. Wrap missing ingredients and... thrown together. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in service. Didn't even give us a receipt so I could contactthe company. Livernois and Wyoming, detroit. Don't waste your time or money here. Read more
Wonderful experience. The customer service was awesome. I told her that my daughter purchased my bagel while visiting @Sinai... I am absolutely in love with these people in this place they are the most beautiful kind Souls and I can guarantee if I saw any... one of your workers outside of this store I would trust him or her with my life not only my order they not only care about whatthey do and how they make your food but they care about how the food makes you feel and when you leave you feel like a betterperson and a better world! Conversating with Mrs. Manager ((thats what i call her?))it gives me hope for a better Humanity? Iwill never go to another place,I will never respect an entire store, no matter what shift, mornings, days , or nights, thiswomen has trained everyone of them to be kind ,to work hard, and appreciate the customers , they say , we make sure they getpaid,and we are the reason the have a job to be employed , I am particular and i ce everyday, i order the same thing, and eventhough they are always already making it as they see me walk in, I still say, light cream, in my ice caps lol, they dong getannoyed at me ,they just look at me ,show me the beautiful brown as hell ice cap and say"WE GOT U TIFF" TO ME this is humble&&& THANK YOU AND THOSE STAR TATOOS SHE HAS ON HER ARMS THEY MATCH HER, SHE IS A STAR, IT ISNT ABOUT THE COFFEE, ITS LIKE THATFEELING WHEN YOU SIT IN A BARBOR SHOP, WE FRIENDS, MAD RESPECT, THANK U, thank you so much for being so beautiful on the insideand the out my only advice is to get some darn heat on in that lobby LOL... Corporate should close it down. My food is always wrong even if I wait. The drive thru nasty. And my coffee is not made right or... hot. It's a shame suburban managers can run a coffeehouse cafe better than these kids. Really a poor representative of TimHorton. Read more
Permanently Closed, signs say open 6am-3pm. Was a horrible location to begin with. Just have to travel a bit further to get to... one with some form of customer service and friendliness Read more
