Wow, this place is an entire vibe and more. My jaw dropped walking in. I don't know how I haven't ever stopped in before. The... display case of food options was mesmerizing. A place I truly enjoy just existing in. The quality of the food is fantastic and I love the interior decorating. My favorite... thing to do is order an iced coffee, mushroom torte, sit by and look out the huge front windows looking onto Gratiot. A sereneplace to grab a coffee, pastry, relax and smell the roses! I was told to visit this place bc, "they are able to make vegetables savory." This is entirely true, brunch was delightful,... filling, and in an environment where you could comfortably spend an hour or more. Trinosophes has a less hustled brunch vibethan other spots mostly due to just how large the space is. Mid-century modern vibes and good company make this a weekendfavorite. Read more
