I love tropical smoothie but I been in the line 15 mins before they even answered the mic, they are super slow total I been in... line & still is over 45 mins with no one in front of me I ordered A chicken wrap & A smoothie my food came before the smoothie &I still haven?t got my smoothie as I?m typing this at the window ???? now it?s 2 cars behind me & it?s 2:27pm they have to bethe slowest location. I love this place. Everytime I go to one it's a good experience. Only complaint is lately extra ginger hasn't been tasting like... extra ginger. Perhaps they changed the portions, I'm not sure, but I think I'm gonna stop paying for extra in my green islanddetox. Read more

Tried to pick up my online order ($50 work lunch order for the office) in the drive thru they said no. Which wouldn't normally... be an issue if they had actually shoveled their sidewalks or put any salt down. So instead I had to walk in 4 inches ofunshoveled snow and ice. I get back to the office and my sandwich is made wrong. I asked for no carrots. There's carrots andthey forgot the dressing on my Thai wrap. Read more

I pulled in right up to the order box, waited 3-4 min before I heard a VERY faint voice saying something. I asked for a repeat... and it came out somewhat louder but my passenger couldn't hear ANY of the order-taker's speech! The drink was a straw-bana-chocthing. I asked for white chocolate and heard they were out of white chocolate. So I asked for just half the amount of chocolate.After several back-and-forths where the order-taker appeared to be completely unable to process "half the choc", I pulled to thepay window, waited again for someone to appear to collect the money (there were 4-5 employees visible when I pulled in), and thedrink was made with NO chocolate! So while I'm sure everybody loves Tropical Smoothie, I'm also sure I'll not return to thatparticular location. No courtesy, no professionalism, no pride in work, and no quality control.
