Expensive. Ordered a Caprice chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with tomatoes and mozzarella. Only came with chicken... slathered in a copious amount of pesto and sauce. I love smoothie Cafe. I frequently go here. I have tried so many. This is the worst one I have been to. There was at least 5... employee's working when I walked in they all just looked at me. I stood there so long before anyone said anything., I thought Ihad to order online. It's more I can say but I'm not. But that is a prime location a real money making location that needscustomer service training bad. So I had to add to my review after reading others. The owner has to be stuck on stupid. Thoseemployees are awful and your location is the best one yet. You have a money maker here. Please upgrade your employees. They areunprofessional and its weird cause not one of them was professional. I had a lot of time to observe due to the length of timeit took to make my order and also get waited on. Read more

This is a popular location but if the management does not get control of the bad service, filthy... store regularly and the laziness of the staff this location will and should close. I wish I can do a 0 star .. I love tropical smoothie but the staff here is not good.. they always messing up on my order ..... giving me side eye when I say my order wrong. If I could do zero stars I would. This place is right by my job and I came here atleast four times. Today was the fourth and... final time. Each time the smoothies are gross, they ether lack ice lack flavor, too much ice too much water . Like are theyfollow the directions? Customer service is terrible. This cafe was my savior while I was visiting detroit during memorial day long weekend. It was refreshing to see a food spot with... healthier fast food options that was not even a 5 minute walk from my hotel room. I ordered there about 4 times in the span of 6days and everything was fresh tasting, consistent. Peanut chia seed banana smoothie as well as the detox green island were my goto smoothies and always included an extra supplement. the online ordering app was user friendly and the timing for picking uporders were spot on. Friendly staff, service and the orders were always securely bagged/doubled bagged. Was sending all myfriends there that weekend and highly recommend it for anyone staying downtown that doesn't just wanna live off of shake shack,coney island and 7 11 everytime they visit downtown. I visit this location for convenience, that?s it. The smoothies are on par with other locations but lack in customer service.... With the exception of the gentleman cashier with the blond hair. Everyone else stares at you when you walk in, they never replywhen you say thank you. A ton of eye rolling and bad attitudes.
