Loved it! Ordered the Breakfast of Champions sandwich. One of us ate it as it comes. Said it was excellent. I'm keto or... carnivore and ate it without the pretzel bun, sauce, or fries. Generous helping of sausage patty, pulled pork, egg, and bacon.Highly recommend! Read more

First time here not sure if I would return. If you can?t make salad then I would question the rest of the food! Ordered the... smoked salmon salad. It was disgusting. The salmon was from a can! The lettuce was brown and spoiled. I can look past 1 or 2pieces but you have to pick through it to find a fresh looking piece of lettuce it ain?t worth it. I showed up 20 mins before closing I was still served and allowed to stay past closing to finish my food. It was my first time... visiting Brygge and I felt welcomed by the laid back atmosphere. 10/10 best service ever, would visit again. Read more

Great food and excellent service. We visited Detroit Lakes 2 years ago on our way to cooler climates. Stopped today at The... Brygge and not much has changed. Lots of craft beer on tap and the staff always willing to help with suggestions. I had theFashion Mullet beverage which was quite good. Also had the Green Chili Philly and house fries. All very delicious and filling.Always friendly locals at the bar to give suggestions on local happenings or to swap a story or two. The Brygge rates in the top5 places to stop in all of our travels. We'll be back to at he Brygge few more times before we leave and definitely will getback this way in the future. Read more
