The hours do not reflect actual hours of operation. We called at 9:00 pm on Saturday night, nobody answered. We went on the... website and it said that online ordering is not available and to call to order. Tried calling back later, nobody answered. Theyclose early every single night. They shouldn?t have their hours say ?Open until 1 a.m.? unless they are actually open thatlate. Plus, this establishment isn?t the cleanest. Pizza is always over done and burnt. The staff is really nice and they work really hard and that's the only reason I give them three stars. I really do not like... Domino's Pizza at all. But if you do Domino's Pizza is probably the most affordable and they deliver the latest. Read more
This location's hours need to be updated online. I placed an online order 2 hours before reported closing hours. The store... accepted my purchase, billed my card, and then 1 hour later said the order was delivered. No pizza. When I called to ask whatwas going on, they said they were closed and weren't sure where my order was. Not unusual for this location. Would notrecommend. Read more
Our delivery driver messed up our order. We ended up with a drunken munchies order instead of our meadium pizza and 16 bread... bites. She has not returned yet. 10/10 would not reccomend..... Read more
My order was messed up to put it kindly. I was way over charged. I was also charged for a pizza I didn't order (I took it home... though). Toppings were messed up on multiple pizzas. No one seemed to know what they were doing and it was quite chaotic. Theatmosphere between the employees was hostile. They didn't wash their hands between tasks or have gloves on. Would give zero starts if I could. Scheduled a delivery for 17 pizzas 1 month prior AND confirmed 1 week prior to my WEDDING for... our late night snack. 2pm on my wedding day I got a call saying they were closing early and would not be able to fulfill myorder. Terrible customer service, terrible experience, and I wouldn?t trust them with any order period. Read more
Staying at a friend's place tonight due to the weather. Ordered a cheeseburger pizza, the brownie cookie dessert, and a salad.... Brownie dessert was black, i could of used it as a Frisbee and I got chicken instead of a salad, and I thought I put no tomatoon the pizza when I ordered online but it didn't save (that was on me though) Called the store and told them about it. Theywere more than happy to fix the order. They even remade the pizza for me. Got the remade food and everything looked amazing. Noburnt brownie cookies, no tomatoes on the pizza and I got my salad. The lady I talked to on the phone was very polite about thewhole thing. I wasn't even mad about any of it. I was having too much fun seeing if I could break one of the pieces of thedessert. So far small piece of the corner has come off on one of the pieces. Still currently hacking away and laughing at my owncomedy show I have going on in the kitchen sink. 1 point for me 0 for brownie. Order was placed about 11:15. At 11:19 the "tracker" said our order was being prepared and estimated time done was 11:37-11:47.... We arrived at 11:50 and were told our order was just being put into the oven and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Had we knownthat we would have canceled our order. Horrible customer service and communication. UPDATE: WE WERE MISSING OUR ORDER OFSTUFFED CHEESY BREAD AS WELL. Read more
