Where the heck is the entrance to this restaurant??? Altho we arrived an hour prior to closing, there was no way to access the... place. The nutrition store adjacent to it - where the door to the restaurant is - was locked up tight so we couldn?t even enter.A pretty sorry design to an eatery - but based on other recent reviews of the place, it looks like we missed a bullet. Used to be our favorite place to stop. Now they routinely close before stated closing time. Unreliable at best with employees... often in the restaurant visiting with door locked before closing time. Read more
Quality has really gone downhill the last few times I?ve eaten there. Today I took out about 40 minutes before closing time,... they were all out of chicken, all out of queso, and the rice was crunchy and hard. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat,but since the quality is gone downhill, it?s so hard to justify it. Read more
Tried Papacitos again today, but another disappointment ????. The same girl that had her hair down today was wearing a tube top,... at least she had her hair up. However I am Servsafe certified management course and you are supposed to have your armpitscovered up when handling food, it is just plain disgusting to have your food made by someone who has their armpits hanging outthere!! Also same as last time didn't get the right amount of meat on the burrito and when you pay extra for more meat the leastyou could do is give us the right amount!! The rice was undercooked as well as the beans. I am so sad that Papacitos is goingdownhill. On the plus side they had three people on the line and the line went fast, an improvement, but still doesn't helpoutweigh all the negative. Read more
Papacito's has really gone downhill since the new owners took over. Line isn't stalked so you can't get what you want food is... cold and the quasi looks disgusting. Then you have a line with three or four people in it and two guys behind the counter butone is standing with his hands behind his back at the register doing nothing. Then when a girl comes out to help she didn't haveher shoes on properly and had her hair down with no hair net on didn't wash her hands before she came up to help make burritosand then we didn't even get the amount of meet on our burrito that you're stopped to ge. tSo it takes forever to get your food.Then they close early all the time and aren't open when they're supposed to be. I rarely criticize restaurants. I give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and an average restaurant can always get me back in... the house for another try. This being said, I felt the duty to warn others who might visit this place for the first time. Iwill not be returning to this establishment. I ordered the laker burrito. I left the restaurant with a flavorless, cold burrito.the employees looked sad and overwhelmed. The chips were stale, and guacamole was as lifeless as the burrito. My girlfriend isworried about food poisoning from the chicken. Also, the door dash guy was yelling at the employees for being too busy to gethim a water cup.
