If I could put a negative star I would. I called this place at 4:38 pm on Friday July 29 ,2022 to place a pick up order. I was... expecting to at least be greeted with something like "Hello, this is Pizza Bella what can I get for you." I didn't even get a"Hello", i had to say "Hello". The lady who answered was very rude and unprofessional. She just said "what's your order" in avery rude manner. I asked for a simple order. (Steak and mushroom sub). My only request was that I would've liked to pay for the order total on my card and someone else would be going inside and picking it up. The lady angrily inhaled and breathed outheavily and said "why do you do this to me". At this point I was so taken back I just said " you know what can I just cancel myorder". She said ,"sure no problem". I guess customer satisfaction isn't a thing here. I should've expected something like thisafter my Military counterpart told me about a similar negative experience with someone who took his order two days before around6pm. Go to somewhere with better service. Never realized punching a card number in the computer was so much work. Would like totry this place but not with this kind of customer service. Read more
