Normally they have great food and good service. However, I ordered last night for delivery, and was not notified that there was... no delivery and that I would have to come and pick it up? you know, common courtesy. After waiting well over an hour, I finallycalled Marcos and asked about my order. The girl that answered the phone had very bad customer service. Kind of like an ?I don?tcare? attitude. Rude, did not care about the wait time, and just didn?t want to resolve anything. This was at 7:34. Ordered a pizza a full hour before close, but unfortunately arrived to discover it was later cancelled and they left early.
Pizza was ready within 15 minutes of me placing my order. The bread sticks were fantastic. Pizza was fabulous! My favorite type... of crust! Dinner for 4 under 30$ Read more
Burnt. Burnt. Burnt. Yet cold! The teenage boys wouldn?t even eat them. They could not deliver, informed me near delivery... time. I had to get someone to pick them up and bring them to our event. Preordered online too early I guess. Read more
Nothing but problem after problems. I've had 3 orders in the last 3 weeks that were messed up. I'm starting to think they are... doing it just to be rude. Order a ham and pineapple pizza and get a burnt pizza with no ham, order wings with buffalo sauce andget no sauce at all, order an XL pizza and get a flipping medium pizza, or order a delivery order and get no delivery at all andwhen you call them you get put on hold for 45 minutes untill after they shut down the store for the night. Seriously what aworthless place to order from. Sadly they are the only delivery pizza store so they feel they can do whatever they want. Read more

We ordered delivery to our hotel and it took well over an hour. I called and the person said it was because the delivery driver... decided to go home for awhile before bringing our pizza. The driver was supposedly also the manager. I wish I were joking. Theyalso added a $10 tip on for themselves over and above the $4 delivery fee. The pizza and wings were cold and I?m not sure theywould have been much better warm. Never again! Read more
They messed up my specialty pizza, I live over an hour away so had to just throw it in the garbage.
