Work stations are unclean . Tables are not sanitized between customers . Personal hygiene of staff is sketchy. Not sure what... the active ingredient of the tuna fish is . Corporate decision to use a anti- American woman soccer player as it's spokespersonis unacceptable . Read more
I generally love Subway, but the customer service lately has been awful. Better management or management training would help.... The "supervisor" was very rude and talked down to the lady working who was new. I was told by the supervisor I couldn't get acertain sandwich because it wasn't on the menu even though they had the meat for it. So, to prove a point I ordered another subthat isn't on the menu but they made that for me. And the supervisor remade the sub the girl made even though she watches hermake it and didn't correct whatever she thought was wrong. I was very unimpressed. Read more
