I ordered 8 pumpkin and cream pies. I was told my order was going to take 15 min to be ready. 25 min later went to ask for my... order. The lady at the register said they didn't have any. I Asked to speak to the manager said she gave the order to tell methat they did not have pies. Nobody came to tell me that. The manager gave me a refund 30 min later since my was taken. Read more
Very rude the manager this morning, it's Nov 11 at 9:10 I was ordering food and pulled up to the window and I had a nice lady... helping me with my phone code for 20% off in 5 dollars or more in app deals and the manager came and was rude to me and mymother. Very innapropriate. Very unprofessional. She raised her voice saying "code doesn't work" in a awful tone. MostMcDonald's help me figure it out in my phone and nope this one complete opposite and as well as yelling at her employee rightwhen the door closed. Read more
Horrible I ordered an iced mocha frappe and got cold coffee with ice cubes. If they're not going to put the effort don't apply... for the job. Let someone else that wants to work take your place people. Read more
Young ladies working the window were great hence the 2 stars. The supervisor or manager (heavy set lady with red shirt) was... absolutely ridiculous. The food order was made wrong then when made aware took the open food. The food passed through 3 peopleshands then slapped some hard cold cheese on it and passed it back and two more people later the nasty cold burger was handedback to me. No way would I give that to my grandson. Do better. I expect that from anyone other than a manager. Read more
I have no problems with this location. I have eaten at plenty of McDonald?s and this always has great food (similar to the... pictures) and polite employees. No complaints as far as fast food goes! Read more
We stopped by to order some lunch for on the way home. The young woman at the drive through window seemed having a hard time... with our fairly large order 6 people, perhaps she wasn't used to it. Blessed her heart but she was polite and did get our ordercorrect. Read more
This McDonald?s is one of the best McDonald?s I?ve ever been in, not only was my meal well prepared and warm, but the service... there is excellent. They also brought me my meal to the table. The manager was very nice & asked if everything was okay. Overall great costumer service & the employees were very helpful too. Read more
On this particular day we use the coupon on the app for two big red breakfasts with pancakes for $9.99. the meal was brought out... quickly and it was fresh. The atmosphere is always busy as it's a small town and McDonald's is quick and easy. The service makesmistakes,. But that is due to the high turnover so this will keep her happening as long as there is a high turnover. Read more
