The pizza is terrible, No cheese just sauce and burnt bread. The ham sandwich is terrible as well. All bread and only one... slice of ham. My goodness what happened to this Pizza Hut it wasn?t like this before. Read more
This location never puts enough cheese on their pizza, literally all bread a sauce. I got so sick of this that I literally bring... my own bag of cheese a put it on myself-it does completely melt on the way home. I confirmed this with an ex employee that theyare tought to spread the most thin layer of cheese because it is the most expensive ingredient. Also the employees are taughtthat when cheese is low,they actually put less cheese. Which I don't even know how they could put any less cheese. There is noother option for take out pizza in Devine so I'm stuck with buying my own cheese and applying it in my car, Ovoid this locationat all costs!!!!!!!! Read more
Stood at the order window for 5 min before anyone noticed me. When someone did notice me they just looked at me and walked off... and told someone in the back ?someone?s up there?. Aside from that the exterior of the establishment looks tired with mostly allof the paint peeled off. The interior lobby where people eat looked like a storage and work space. I decided to go to the pizza hut in Devine instead of driving up to lytle for little Ceasars. Big mistake. I could of got a... extra-most-bestest pizza for 7 dollars but instead I spent 20 for a very small medium 4 topping pizza. Not nearly as good andfar too expensive. I'll make the drive next time. Absolutely horrid pizza. Ordered hand tossed and got the equivalent of thin crust. No marinara on the whole pizza. It's happened... a few times but I assumed they just made a mistake. This seems to be the common practice. The only reason it got 1 star isbecause it was on time. Would have had much better pizza by cooking a frozen one from Wal-Mart???????????? Read more
I?ve always had issues with this Pizza Hut messing up my order or completely forgetting parts of my orders through the years but... what you get today at the end of 2022? is absolutely atrocious customer service. We as customers must not be able to see theiron spikes the employees must be forced to walk on because each and every single one of them looks like they?re in agony havingto serve their customers. Not a single smile or ?welcome to Pizza Hut? and there was no ?thank you for your purchase or hope tosee you again? and this is a tiny community where the same faces are year after year, where the high school football team comesto celebrate winning the big game, if your employees do not understand the meaning of serving their customers then they shouldnot be responsible for serving their customers. Bring the CEO down here and let?s see how it should be done because whateverthis is, is not worth my money ever again and I will be posting these reviews on google, Facebook, doordash, Uber eats, and I?llbe sure to spread word to the local community.
