I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in years due to general poor quality and service but I recieved a gift card and decided to treat... some friends to a free breakfast. I went inside to order and right off the start they gave me attitude for ordering 6 sandwichesat 530am on a sunday. Nothing was toasted properly, no effort put into these sandwiches just poorly slammed together and tossedin a bag. Hash browns were terrible. Stale and greasy. To top it off they didn't put any cream cheese on my bagel.... Just adry bagel. Reaffirmed my dislike for this poor establishment. Read more
Great place to get my steeped tea in the morning! I have had one of the people taking orders call me by name, and sometimes they... write my name and hearts on my drink!! I love seeing that!! Thank you Tim Hortons!! Read more
Absolutely terrible service! Order was wrong after waiting 24 minutes in the drive thru! I started in the drive thru at 10:40... ish..Shockingly was told.. NO ... I was waiting for breakfast, but they stopped serving breakfast.. like wow! So after the 20minutes of waiting.. I had to get what I wasn't looking for.. and then when I went to eat.. lol it was the wrong food! Read more
Terrible experience, one bathroom was out of order and the other one was was dirty , toilet paper on the floor , toilet paper... holder wasn?t working and when my daughter went to wash her hands boiling hot water came out of the tap and she burned her hand. Our drinks were good but our pack of Timbits had a bunch of broken falling apart timbits . Will not be going there again. Read more
We ordered 6 muffins, a bagel with cream cheese, 2 croissants with egg, and 2 large coffees. They only had 2 kinds of muffins... available, we only got one coffee (we got a second when we asked where the other was), and only one of the croissants was in thebag when we checked after hitting the road again. The coffee was the weakest coffee I?ve ever had at a Tim Hortons; it tastedlike they filled a nearly empty pot with hot water to stretch it out, mainly tasted of cream and sugar and we all for minimalcream and sugar in our coffees. Nice museum, with quite a collection to reflect the rich heritage of the area. The staff was friendly and informative too.
