First I get a cold pizza and when I ask the manager he gives me a uncooked pizza. Usually I arrive 10 minutes before my pickup... time to make sure I can pick up a heart pizza. I did the same today too, but the manager decides to give me a very cold pizzathat I have been seeing sitting there for at least 10 minutes. By the way, it was not from my order. It was from somebody else'sorder where the person complained as well that the pizza is cold. Now after I said it was cold too then he decides he wants meto take a uncooked pizza which I realized only after coming back and open the box in my car. I didn't bother going back andfighting with their person because he did not want to respond properly. Usually I'm a regular here. I think with the newmanagement and the manager in this place I'm not going to go at least once in a month where I used to go at least 3 to 4 timesin a month. Read more
Huge fan of Pizzeria Vetri in Devon! We have been coming here from Philly for lunch and dinner with my in-laws who live nearby... and it?s such a great spot. The pizza (we always get a large Margherita) is SUPERB and the staff is very kind and friendly. Theplace is also very kid friendly which we appreciate. I love this pizza, but especially the mushroom, which I had at the kop location....but today, at an event, I tried the margarita... pizza, and oh my God, damn delish! And, the 3 employes at this private catered event were such awesome people! So nice,organized, professional and people persons! Great all the way around! Read more
SO FUN and yummy! Great service and good food. Kids were given dough and coloring sheets and chef hats to keep them occupied.... Food was quick and the feature Antipasto Carrots were heavenly! My sisters and I stopped in yesterday for lunch after a long day of dress shopping and are still talking about what a great meal... we had. First off, the restaurant itself is beautiful and very open & airy. The service was excellent, particularly our serverCyron, and everyone was extremely pleasant and gave great suggestions of their favorites from the menu. We shared an order ofthe meatballs, a Maurizio pie, and a shroom pie. All were delicious, but the Maurizio was definitely the fan favorite. Highlyrecommend! We ended our meal sharing an olive oil cupcake and cannoli while my sisters had a Nutella espresso and a cappuccino.Will definitely return next time we are in the area! Read more
The table for 2 is very small. My husband's pepperoni pizza was loaded with pepperoni. I had an eggplant pizza with anchovies.... We both enjoyed our pizzas. However, I think when we return, we will have one large rather than two small pies. Read more
I have ordered Vetri Pizza multiple times and the pizza is very good. However at Devon location there seems to be a... staffing/management issue. Beware that ordering online the time they give you for order pickup means nothing. My order wassupposed to be ready 1 hour (!) ago and here i am still waiting. I should have left but they kept telling me it?s almost readyand is coming out any moment. Keep in mind you might be waiting for an hour+ since your estimated order pickup time. Read more
I had a pick up time of 640 I arrived 645. Was told ten mins please were so busy. After that I waited 10 mins no worries. I... approached the same young man and he said we're backed up I'm sorry. I said ok can I get a time he said 10 Mins bit if you dintwant to wait you can cancel. I then watched them prepare 7 other people's food before myne with an earlier pick up time. It'slike I wasn't a priority when I spoke to management I got an apology but when do people start compensating you for your losttime.
