All of my order came out perfect and my food looked and tasted great!
This Sonic has went downhill big time. If you order a burger they throw everything in the middle. You have to spread your... condiments, lettuce, onion and tomato out. If you order a chili cheese dog, you need a microscope to find the chili and cheese.Carhops bust their butts to get it to you, that's the only good thing here. I always tip them for being fast. Didn't get our hamburgers the way we ordered them and they were cold. The onion rings were half frozen. The last few visits have... been horrible. We won't be back. Too expensive for the quality of food you get. The mints were the best part. Read more
For the most part, everything was good. The order was completely correct and we ordered food for 2 teenagers and 1 adult. I... should know to check the food before I leave. I ordered a small onion ring and that's what I got. My bag had 1 small onion ringin it. Everything else looked like the crumbles from the bottom of the basket from the leftovers and had all crispy, burntedges. To be fair, everything else was good. Very disrespectful. Told we were going to take what was given to us and that was it. Order was completely wrong, and missing... items. The alleged manager made my grandmother cry over her trying to get what she ordered. I would be ashamed if they were myemployees acting like this. Clearly some people need to be taught how to treat customers, even though their job is customerservice and if they can't fake a smile even, then maybe they should find a job elsewhere.
