I went there to pickup an online order and the guy making the sandwich had his hair hanging down in his face over our food no... hat or hair tie. When we said we would be upset about his hair in our food he said he wouldn't blame us and kept right on doingit. He cared zero about sanitary conditions or what we wanted. Read more
The food was fine. My problem is with the service I received. My wife asked for ranch in a container instead of on her sandwich.... The girl who served us put it in the little cup and set it aside in which case she never put it in our bag just left it thereand we didn't realize it till we got home. Her attitude is what irritated me the most. I've been in there today being threetimes and two of those she is the one who I dealt with. her attitude and tone of voice made me feel like she was disgusted mywife and I was in there. I don't know if it's that's she's upset with her own life or the fact she has to help me and my wife.she should not make the customer feel like we shouldn't be there getting food or act like she is better than us in any way and Ifelt that today. I will never go back to that store unless its to tell her how she made us feel and if she don't want to workthen quit and go home. I've never been so mad that I contacted a place like this to vent my anger and tell my experience butthat young lady has caused me to go Karen mode. She is extremely unprofessional and something needs to be done with the way shehandles business for her employer. Somehow every time i try to get a sandwich here because it?s close by, and convenient, I am met by a new worker, who is... generally rude and unpleasant to communicate with throughout the interaction. When we walked in, the worker had earbuds in andactually ignored us for 2 minutes straight. He came over after sweeping, didn?t wash his hands, and started making my sandwichwith some gloves on. Then, the second worker comes out and is acting like everything i want on my sandwich is inconveniencingher in some way. The workers were talking quietly the whole time and looking away from me so i had to keep asking them torepeat themselves. Then, somehow the total came out to $28.84 for 2 sandwiches, with drinks because the workers rang it up in away where the items were charged individually. this location has time and again been disappointing. Do not order from this subway. This is my chicken bacon ranch salad with extra veggies, double meat that I ordered online. It... literally looks like they gave me someone's ½ eaten salad. Absolutely pathetic. Read more
