The service is great, the place is clean. The food is always made after you order. Its never just sitting around. The burgers... are hit or miss. Sometimes they are great, and sometimes they are just ok. The cheese curds are always excellent. The drivethrough seems very busy with long lines that move rather quickly. Read more
Just disappointed by the quality of service. Ordered a large malt, medium milkshake, and a small fry. They had the milkshake and... malt ready to go when I got to the window. But they made me wait in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. I spent so much timein the drive thru that I finished my entire milkshake just sitting there. Also, the milkshakes are way too thick, you can hardlydrink it out of a straw, so that was also disappointing. Honestly I've never had a problem at one of the Lansing locations, thiswas just extremely disappointing to see from a new culver's location. Read more
So glad we now have a Culver's in DeWitt. The fresh cooked food is great, one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. The... staff is very friendly and service inside is excellent. However the frozen custard is a huge disappointment. Went through thedrive-thru this evening and ordered a double Peach Crisp in a waffle cone. Frozen custard didn't even come up to the top of thecone and contained only a few peach pieces and a few crumbs of the granola. Nothing like the description or the picture. Willbe back for the food but not the frozen custard. Read more
Our favorite fast food. Too bad when you ask for extra cheese the only thing you get is a larger bill. Order repeated to me as... ?heavy cheese?. Not the first failure. Next to no cheese on two fish sandwiches. Less than when we save our breath and don?t askfor a change. Last time we will ask for extra cheese. Just stick to basics. Exceptions are not handled well. Came here on a Saturday night at 9pm for dessert. The customer service was very friendly and informative about the menu.... However, it took approximately a 15 minute wait just to get 2 ice creams. Several people waiting behind us got their food priorto us getting our order. Once we left, we realized that one of the 2 desserts we received was not what we ordered. I have alwaysloved Culver's food and ice cream, but I was disappointed with this visit. Read more
Since they've opened in Dewitt, The line for the drive-thru is all the way out to the street! The food is phenomenal and the... service is great. When you pull up to the window to pay, they place a numbered sticker on your outside rear mirror. Then, aserver brings your order out to your car. The workers are clean and friendly. Great place for lunch or dinner. Stronglyrecommend Culver's. Read more
I waited 30 minutes for my order only to find out that they gave it to the wrong person and had to re-make it. The best they... could to to make it right was reimburse me. I did not get any food and it caused me to be very late for a meeting. Read more
