I didn't get too many pictures this time, because we were enjoying our meal and companionship. A group of us who have been... friends since before high school got together for breakfast here. It's a great place to eat, the food is wonderful, and the bestpart is the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. They gave us the bathroom all to ourselves, and checked on us numeroustimes, and then let us stay there for over an hour after you're done eating. Second time we've been here, and we will definitelymeet here again. The restaurant itself is good size, the fair size parking lot, and it's accessible to all. Read more
Management doesn't know the difference between a monkey bowl of product and a soup bowl. The staff needs uniforms and they need... to clean the bathroom floors for God sakes! If I owned this place Management I would be ashamed! Do better. My 6 year oldwanted to try decaf coffee and they charged us $3 for 2oz of coffee. Read more
Family of 4 visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The tables were clean and we were promptly brought coffee and juice. We... ordered shortly after, one of us had to reorder as they were out of a menu item. Food was served in a timely manner. My pancakesdid not come with butter! And we never saw the waitress again until the check. But the children's bear pancakes were awesome andthe alternative breakfast was probably better than the originally ordered. When the waitress did give us our check we asked fora box but didn't receive one after waiting and finally paying at the front. All in all, we ate good food and had coffee refillsreadily available at the table. Read more
Completely terrible. Seated us we sat for 45 minutes and no one ever took our order. Some other customers came in and they were... served instantly . Do not go here if you are black . Racism is at its worst Read more
Three of us went there for breakfast. It took a minute before the waitress seated us. The food didn't look very appealing on... other plates. I ordered the corned beef with eggs over easy, so no messing up on that. One of the orders was eggs, hot cakes,and turkey meat. I don't know what that was but it looked like something plastic and the person eating it said it tasted likethat too. The hotcakes were huge and misshapen and unevenly cooked. Good tasting food. Reasonable prices in comparison to any other local options. We had very good service by our waitress.
New to the area. I have eaten at other Flap Jack restaurants and they are wonderful. Fully expecting the same here. Known for... great coffee, this restaurant's coffee was weak and not hot. The wait person was busy, never acknowledged me but kept her backto me. The food was not hot. Meanwhile the wait staff and kitchen staff were arguing, yelling between kitchen and dining room. First time trying this one in Dewitt. Ordered sourdough pancakes because they sounded really good. I got regular pancakes. Told... the waitress, who other than asking the cook did nothing. The cashier apologized but still made me pay the full price eventhough I didn't eat them. Definitely won't be back. Read more
