I ordered our meals from the kiosk and took my number and found a seat. When ordering on the kiosk it asked specifically what... flavor drinks we wanted, so I figured they would bring us our drinks with our food, like the other McDonald's I recently wentto. Nope, they brought us our trays and they said oops I forgot your drinks. He came back almost 5 minutes later with emptycups. We went to fill our cups and had to wait for the bus full of people filling their cups. This place is unorganized comparedto other McDonald's. Read more
Well, I don't even know where to start orderd the meal that cost me almost $12 and everything was cold. The fries were so cold,... it wasn't even funny and the chicken nuggets were so hard that the dog didn't even want to eat them. When I tried to call thestore, no one answered the phone. Read more
My family and I get meals here frequently and the service is always quick and efficient. However, there are times after we get... home, when we go to eat, and our order isn't complete. Items are occasionally missing, yet our receipt shows that we paid forthem. We now check our order before leaving the parking lot. Other than that, we don't have any problems with this McDonald's. Usually I experience great customer service here. I am always polite and nice to every employee here. Lately however, there is... an older lady who has been working mornings who is beyond rude to me. Today I guess I jumped the line a little (my mistake Ireally didn?t mean to) and she was yet again very rude. Not really sure who peed in her Cheerios but I know I?d rather goelsewhere at 7:30am where her attitude isn?t present. Read more
Quality of food has gone down hill with price going up, once our nuggets (entire family) were over cook and hard as a rock, also... the oil has not been changed in awhile, you could taste it. today my quarter pounder was put together half a.. and was overcooked and tasted weird like it was dropped on the floor and put on a bun. The Bun was old as well. They also forget items allthe time as well. Culver's opened up down the street go there its about the same price with better quality food. Read more
My wife and I stopped on our way home to get dinner. My wife had to go to the bathroom and 1 stall was closed because of a... plugged toilet. She then looked at 2 more stalls, both of which had plugged toilets. She had said the women?s bathroom wasfilthy. I waited for 5 minutes for her smoothie and my dinner. When she came back, I took my dinner to the car. After 7 minuteshad gone by, I was going to go back into the restaurant to see if something was wrong. As I was about to open the door, my wifecame out with the smoothie. The wait was 12 minutes inside, just us, for a smoothie. I don?t recommend this McDonald?s and thereare plenty of alternative fast food places close by to either use a bathroom or get food. Read more
Got in line at the drive thru at 8:40 AM. Ordered 2 unsweetened iced teas. Finally got them at 9:17am. Totally ridiculous. And... sad thing is this is happening more and more. Seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere. Come on they are payingthese people 16 an hour. Read more
