There were four people in front of me in a spand of 6 feet. I was the fifth and they asked what I wanted. I told them I'd like... to wait just a minute because it was to clustered for me to get up there. She told me she had to keep the line moving becausemore people were coming in. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza sub add bacon with extra cheese. Got to thecheck out part and the lady said I had a spicy Italian add bacon and double cheese. I told the lady it was a pizza sub and yet Istill ended up paying 15.00 dollars for my sandwich which on the receipt shows as more than what I got. Extremely disappointedin the crew. I was having a rough day on top of all of that, not that anyone inside there cares about anything but themselves. Iwill not be returning. Read more

SUBWAY has been a reliable place to go when you either want a great sub sandwich, or you just plain don't want to cook that... day/night. The down side is that since COVID, all the prices have gone up quite a bit, but to be fair, prices everywhere andeverything has taken a huge jump! They are paying more for their supplies so the cost has to go up as well and I do understandthat. But overall, I'm still satisfied with SUBWAY. Read more

My work situation requires that I usually buy lunch while I'm out most weekdays. Money is tight and I'm always looking for a... value. That is not what I got here. The 6" meatball sub was haphazardly thrown together and the outside bun had marinara allover it. The credit card reader was broken and I was told I had to enter my payment details in manually. (Sketchy) The finalindignity was while trying to eat my sandwich I bit into something hard. Apparently two of the four meatballs used to make mysub were scraped off the bottom of the tub because they were burnt, blackened and hard. Gross. I got 2/3rd's of a sub out of thedeal. Highly disappointed. Will avoid the Subway in Dewitt in the future. Read more

I love Subway in general but this Dewitt location as well as st John's location is some of my best experiences! This was one of... my first jobs growing up, And it is was an awesome experience.and pretty much paved the way into other areas where I've workedsince then! I just love visiting my hometown SW and always happy to come back when I'm in the area! Read more

I was not impressed today with DeWitt Subway. We are going to stop going for a while. We did it through the subway app to pick... up in store. My sub, then my son?s, and then my husband?s sub in that order all Italian bread. My son and I got bread that wasso bad and dry it was falling apart as we were eating it and the ends were so hard they would be best as a soup crouton. Then myhusband got perfectly soft bread. Not cool, Subway! Quality matters especially in the same family. Read more

Subway was super packed but the line went exceptionally fast. I've actually never been to a subway with a line fifteen deep... that moved as quickly as this one. Great job everyone! Read more

Ugh. Really? What marketing doof convinced Subway to start calling their sandwiches "heroes"? I've been eating at Subway at... least every couple of months for 35 years. Changing a sub to a hero is truly stupid. Of note, however, they changed their meats- instead of deli slices of decent meats (specifically turkey and ham that I noticed), they now have super thin curly pieces ofmeat like Carl Buddig. It's probably less overall meat, and it's definitely a quality difference. I want Subway to succeedoverall, but do it with the food, not just words and cost cutting. Read more
