Received wings with little to no sauce (about a dab on one side) and a side of ranch (a little odd for New York). Gave them the... benefit of the doubt a few months later and ordered again, again almost no sauce. Found out later that it's just a Chili's whichmakes sense as most ma and pa shops around here send blue cheese as the dip. Wouldn't recommend at all, have no businessclaiming to be a wing place in upstate New York. Read more

This was a bad experience. I was looking for wing places. The website made it seem like it was a stand alone wing place that... specialized in wings. I ordered an 8 pc. I pulled up to the space at Chili?s. The sign said wait and some one will come to you.I checked in. Nothing. 10 mins went by. Nothing. I went in and asked. They handed me my order. When I got home and opened theorder it was missing the ranch. The wings had a rubbery texture. The fries were ok. I called and asked to speak with a managerto request a refund. The lady said the managers were busy and took my name and number. No one called me back. So bad service andsubpar wings. Read more
Brian the manager/server/cook was amazing, and accommodated all our needs. All staff had a very positive attitude.
