This place is a mess. Food all over the floor in the cooking area. The men's rest room was out of order. Terrible.
I'm dating question I was at McDonald's and most of the time McDonald's is okay however on this day we received french fries... that were not fresh the burgers were just okay my greater problem is is that a lot of the staff at McDonald's is not asattentive as they should be sometimes you're not in proper uniform sometimes they're drinking and eating while they're waitingon customers it's just unsanitarian unprofessional all in all together I like McDonald's and I like McDonald's food I just thinksometimes McDonald's employees leave a little bit to be desired that said this is one of the better McDonald's in the Syracusearea there are others that are far worse. Usually I hate going to McDonald's because it cost way way too much. This time we paid too much and even were shorted 2 small... fries and I had to go back to get my chicken sandwich they forgot. Took 20 minutes with 4 cars in drive thru and they stillmessed it up bad. They were out of apples so we asked for extra fries in both happy meals. Neither got extra. Asked for extraketchup. Had to go inside for that and my chicken. They didn't believe me at first and made me show my receipt. What an awfulexperience. No more MCDONALD'S Read more
Took forever in the drive thru. People were leaving. Even when you finally did get up to order it took a long time to receive... it. I'll go elsewhere next time I'm looking for a quick bite. Read more

Thought stopping by with the children would be "fun" with the play place...but the lobby was filthy. The tables and floor... surrounding the area were dirty and had spilled red and blue slushie.
