Review update. Been ordering pizza from Jets in Dexter for yrs. Got our 1st bad pizza and reviewed as a 2 star, within days... received a call from manager Joe. Joe and I discussed the bad pizza, he apologized and was very nice. He took care of whathappened and we will be using Dexter Jet again. Read more
Updating my review from 2 starts to 5 stars. The owner called me and was super great. He offered to refund our order. I feel bad... that he felt he had to appologize for someone else's uncontrolled behavior, but he did. As an owner, I understand his position.Honestly, never have had this experience here which is why I was taken back by it. We will continue to order from here in thefuture! ???? We have never had an issue here. Always been great food and service. There was an issue with our delivery and wenever received our food. The girl I initially spoke with was really nice. She went and got what I assume was a manager to helpher. The manager got on the phone and right off the get go she was so rude. Now, everyone is understaffed and overworked. I getit, but she came on the phone with a horrible attitude. She said they were "slammed" and would not be remaking my food or givingme a credit. I was shocked. So, no food and, until the very end of her ranting and raving about how busy they are, finallyagreed to give me a refund. I hope she was just having a bad day. Owner delivered our pizza personally after a portion of our first order was incorrect. This was the first time we have had an... incorrect order. The sauce , crust and the fresh ingredients have always been very good. Read more
This is the best pizza by far. 8 corner is so thick and chewy. We order nothing else. Pricey but obviously worth it. We... order twice a month. Love it when we have a coupon but they are gracious when we don't and apply one for us. When we getdelivery it's here right on time. The Courteous delivery people always Thank us for our business, that is so rare withbusinesses anymore....When I order take out it is always ready on time as well. Good pizza, I think the best around outside of Buddy's. Staff is always friendly. My only complaint is the web site pushes the... "text to order" option, but I keep getting 90 minutes for delivery. So, I jump in the car and pick it up curbside in 20 minutes.I guess I need to start planning ahead 90 minutes on my pizza order. If I could get delivery inside 45 minutes I would give them5 stars. Fast and friendly service. I ordered ahead. I was late for picking it up at the time they said it would be done, but only by... about 10 minutes. Pizza was on the cold side, it didn't even feel like it was under a warmer of any sorts. Box was cold andpizza lukewarm. But still tasted good.
