We've been to Sushi Time a couple times now, and despite really wanting to like it and the staff always being so nice and... pleasant, the last experience sealed the deal. The food, while prepared with care, simply isn't great quality. The rolls areokay, but the protein portions are very small for the price. The chicken teriyaki I ordered ($17) was described on the menu asbroiled, but there was no way. The quality of chicken was as poor as it comes and I'm confident it was just microwaved beforebeing covered in a room temperature bottled-teriyaki and it came with the toughest, most dry edamame we've ever had. The ricewas good! We also ordered shrimp shumai to start and it, too seemed microwaved, but not even long enough as the centers werestill cold. And the miso soup was just a miso broth with not more than one miniature piece of tofu in it. Moral of the story isthe staff are so nice, but the food they're working with is frozen Gordon Food quality at best, and charging fresh, high-qualityprices. I can't help but think the 5-star reviews are from people that haven't had much experience outside grocery store rolls. So bummed! Read more

Honestly I don?t know how this place stays in business? The service is terrible. During Covid they would only allow you to pay... over the phone and would bring the food out now after Covid refuse to bring curbside food out to single mother with infant andnewborn in the car for safety reasons? Bad business. Read more

THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT SAFE FOR GLUTEN ALLERGY, INTOLERANCE, OR CELIAC I just got off the phone with this place, I specifically... ordered the gluten free shrimp California roll and it came with crab stick in it. The owners argued with me through the poorfront desk girl and told me that because I had eaten part of it, that they could not offer me any kind of refund even if I camein to show them that they had served me an item with gluten in it. I mentioned that I had celiac disease and they didn't budge.Overall shocking experience. Read more

Sushi is halfway decent, but pricey for the portions given. Also, this place has a habit of closing early without notice, or any... sort of sign. If you arrive any time within an hour and a half of closing, they will tell you that they are not taking orders, and their phones will go to voicemail, despite the open sign still being on and illuminated. A bit of a scummy practice. Dobetter. Read more
