I like baskin Robbins ice cream in general but I don?t think their brand or ice cream is getting better over the years at all.... Especially with this store, every time I come I feel like the staff could care less and I?m just bothering them. Not the mostfriendly atmosphere is what I?m saying. The owner is usually there and he's good at remembering the regulars. When it's staffed, the crew is always friendly as well.... Great place to get a pint of icecream without all the stabilizers they put into modern, store-bought icecream. Read more
Small store located on Diamond Bar Blvd. It's facing the street/sidewalk, so this store is really easy to drive past it, and... accidentally miss it. It's February, and guess what favorite? Me and my family would go here mostly every Tuesday and the owner knows me and my family a lot and they greet us very politely... and they know what flavors we like! I recommend going here because their ice creams are absolutely delicious and their cakestoo! Plus u can tell them if u want an ice cream cake! ????????. But, overall I love this place soo much!! ???? Every time I come here, I'm greeted by the owner, working behind the counter. He is always friendly and cheerful, and provides... excellent service! He always tries to upsell a little, offering two scoops instead of one, or offering a pre-packed pint fromthe freezer. I can't blame him, as business can be slow sometimes. We ordered a sundae thru DoorDash, and they sent us an ice cream. We called the location to express our concern, and the worker... said there was nothing she can do. We asked to speak with a manager, and she said there was no manager and started laughing. Wetold her that our concern was no laughing matter, considering they are the ones who messed up the order, and she then hung up onus. Read more
