The manager, The Mexican lady with the bad attitude. I tried to order tacos without lettuce and she said the can?t do that? Why?... And you what she does? She only put lettuce ????. Don?t go here worst customer service. You don?t deserve to be here in diamondbar. This isn?t my first time there. She?s always in a bad mood. I mean always. I hope she reads this comment. She shouldn?t beworking there in she acts like that. That?s messed up. I?m a nice guy but when you do that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.Next time I am reporting her. Good and quick food. Staff ranges form friendly to unfriendly but such is fast food. Great location regardless.
Went there at 530pm and was the only car in the drive through and ordered a kids bag. Waited over 15 minutes for them to bring... it to my car after being asked to pull forward. Then went back the next day at 11pm and was the only car there again. I stillwaited for 10 minutes just to order and was told they did not have tacos. Super slow service in the drive through in the handfulof times I have been there. Read more

Munchie craving, checking for what's open, and can't dine in. This place either needs to hire more people or better quality... hires. Two munchies meals for home and a burger. Didn't get it in the meal box, and got less fries than I've ever seen for aMunchie Meal. Getting food had a wait; drive-thru person had me move forward to get my order brought to me. guessing this was tostop the timer on people in the drive thru. I have managed fast food and retail.. took me 20 min to order a combo and then another 10 min to get it. Only 4 cars in line..... this is horrible.. Arrived at 12:30am on a Friday night and at the drive through a woman?s voice said they were closed (when the posted hours show... they are open until 1:00pm). When we were told they were closed my husband calmly replied ?it?s ok we?ll let them know.? Towhich the woman said ?well what was it that you wanted??
