I placed an mobile order and when I picked it up the employee refused to provide a straw for my drink. He pointed to a postor.... It says according to California regulations........But it's ridiculous. No one goes out with straws. he didn't give me anapkin, either. The service is very very bad. I will go to another McDonald instead. I've never had a problem with a strawthere. Read more

The fries tastes very oily and bad and they fried it too many times that is brown. Server is not at the counter, u have to wait... for them. The ice cream tastes weird, not the one i miss. A plus star for ice cream is working tho. Read more
Lid on my ice coffee is dripping with syrup. Employee took time to wipe it clean before handing to me. Good service.
