I just wanted to say thank you to the barista that was there on Sunday because she did an awesome job with my Peppermint mocha... frappe I wish I could go here everyday but unfortunately I work in Ontario and I need the drive-thru during the week when Iwork. Do not go to the Ontario Starbucks off of Archibald and Inland Empire they don't know what they're doing, but this placein this Target has been the best so far that I had to give a review and I have photos to prove it. So the 1st picture was fromthe barista here at Diamond Bar and the second is from Ontario, the same drink ordered but idk what the heck happens at theOntario Starbucks that their drinks are lacking a whole lot! I was very disappointed. We waited over thirty minutes for two simple drinks. There was only one woman working while the two... other workers didn't do much. While we were there post mates employees had to wait longer than us and then they also kept makingtheir drinks wrong. Never coming here again. If I could get a zero star I would. Read more
What type of person puts a tampon in a Frappuccino!! Your establishment needs to be closed down! Very low class.

Customer service sucks. The lady name start with L talks very unfriendly and impatient . Been to different Starbucks for more... than 100 stores but this is the first time I wouldn?t recommend this location because of this barista. Read more
