9 out of 10 times they mess up my tacos. Like if I want soft tacos, I'll ask for soft. I specifically say crunch and yet here I... am with soft tacos. So, drive thru sucks and don't go during busy times. Read more
Came today (Friday 10/21/22) around 11:30p.m since google says it close at 1:00a.m., waited in line for like 10-15 minutes and... when I pulled up the lady said they're closed and I proceed to hear some giggles. Service was poor, slow they need more staff. Cashier is working on the front and drive thru window and ended up messing up our... order. It took more than 15 min to get our simple order a burrito and Mexican pizza. Won't recommend for service. Read more

This is the closest Taco Bell to us so we order regularly. Aside from a couple times where we had been told the place wasn't... open yet during listed business hours, we haven't had any trouble. Had a chance to meet a supervisor/manager today who helped uswith an order that she felt wasn't up to their standards. Was a surprise, but appreciate how professional and helpful she was,since we personally didn't have an issue. I hope Taco Bell treats her well. We need more people like her. Read more
