I ate here a lot during my 2 month stay in Kemmerer. First off I thought the staff was awesome. Wings mostly for me and pizza... hut wings are ridiculously expensive but they were always prepared right. Ordered extra cheese on my personal pan pizzas andthey really skimp on the extra cheese. All in all though turned out to be my go to and they were always prompt and never messedmy order up. Read more
I was in town for one night on a Sunday. Very few restaurants here are open on Sunday so I went to this Pizza Hut. I was... promptly seated and waited on by Hailey and she was friendly. She checked on me 2 or 3 times during my visit. The Meat Loverspan pizza I ordered had plenty of toppings, was cooked perfectly and had good taste. I was very satisfied with this visit. Read more

Calling in for take out is a joke. When they don't speak English they just hang up on you. If you try again they don't answer.... Had to use a different phone number for them to even pick up. Instead of answering your questions they stutter and put you onhold for 10 minutes then ultimately hanging up on you again. "Go and join their winning team!" What a crock. It was a pickup order, (because the WEB sitewould not accept "Delivery"). The order was the wrong pizza (not what we ordered). ... It was COLD along with the wings we ordered. There was one customer there that after what he said was a long wait asked for hismoney back since his pizza was still not ready. In general the place was chaotic at best. Read more
The Pizza Hut in Diamondville, WY is a hot mess right now. Half of the staff quit including the manager so we now have half the... service. We ordered The Edge pizza (supposed to be cut into squares) that looked like it was sliced by the Ninja Turtles. Mostpieces were bite-size. The employees were unsupervised troublesome teenagers. Friendly? Yes. Poor work ethic and quality offood? YES!! Please, someone, help restore our Pizza Hut to what it once was... a top notch place to enjoy a great meal anddining experience. PS. The food at the local grocery store deli has improved since that is where the Pizza Hut employees nowwork. Read more
