Gave 4 stars since our server, Apple, was so nice. Waited for over an hour to get a table (kitchen was behind). The hostess... seemed confused and was actually bussing tables. Food was good. When we were being seated, one server said to hostess not to situs in her area. So, in turn, since Apple was doing a great job with getting our things to us and checking in with usperiodically, she was tipped generously. Also told her to tell her co-workers not to turn people away from their tables. Have ablessed day and thank you Apple for doing a good job! Read more
I keep giving this location a chance because they have Groupons all of the time. As a former waiter I have some comments. 3 or... 4 tables only. 2 new servers as I heard them talking. Food came out quickly . I had to wait 2 min for silverware. I orderedthe chicken fried steak. It was over cooked. Dry and hard to chew. Reordered it. Hash browns were like warm and eggs runny.. milk was not that cold. As I write this, still waiting on my pancakes. Have had my food 5 min now. So have to eat eggs and hashbrowns now or let get cold waiting on my recook . Read more
For this location it was a solid visit. We've always enjoyed IHOP breakfast and this location was no different. Positives: The... food was good overall as usual. The service was great and the location was ideal for our visit especially since the hotel didn'toffer breakfast. Cleanliness was good, tables were clean. Negatives: Sadly, there were some things that need to be improved.The personality of the other employees was not good, especially since you are supposed to represent a company that should makeyou feel right at home. There wasn't enough sugar for my coffee unfortunately and all of the syrup should of been available fromthe start. We only had one kind and that was it. Waited for food for over an hour after having our order taken. Took 45 min to get silverware. Power went out, not their fault.... Very short handed. Order was wrong. Nice server and host. I totaled up my order with my phone, as the system was down. They weresurprised that I could do math. Read more
I do not recommend going to this IHOP the wait to receive our food was longer than I would have liked. I always order the... chicken and pancakes when I go to any IHOP. When I went this time the chicken was fantastic however after eating one and a halfof the chicken patties they had given me, that's right chicken patties as opposed to the regular tenders, I discovered it wasraw chicken!! I was outraged to discover this and do not plan to return in the future. I also subbed out the pancakes forspecial protein pancakes which were just okay. Read more
The food was awesome! Our waiter on the other hand, just extremely unprofessional and rude!! He walks up to the table to take... our order and before even beginning to speak yawns in our face, every item he brought out he kinda just slid it on the table ashe was walking by (including our food dropping half the meat out of the steak sandwich. He gave the wrong drinks, after we weredone I had to go find him to get my check and to go boxes because he was to busy talking to another staff member about somethingthat they done over the weekend, and then to top it off our waiter stood there with his hands down his pants, and he's aserver??? Wow!! Just wow!! If I would've have caught his hands down his pants fast enough I would have taken a picture of thattoo but I noticed to late!! Crickets! I get it, staffing shortage. But to be completely ignored at the door even with a look, no... plus, there was a... smell. So in the end, I'm glad that we didn't eat here. There were only 2 tables btw. Read more
Absolutely atrocious! Trying to take my Veteran to breakfast & understandably there was a wait, we were told 35 minutes. We were... sitting inside wren some elderly veterans came in so we gave up our seats & waited outside. After almost an hour of waiting Iwent to check & was told that they called our name 4 guests ago. Then told we were next 10 more minutes. We waited inside toensure we didn't get skipped again & were glared at & asked to move, there was no seating. There was 7-8 tables in the entirerestaurant with guests at them. After watching 3 tables leave & waiting 20 more minutes to still not be sat, we left. The ladiesin the front were speaking Spanish to each other & saying unkind things, I guess they didn't think I could understand Spanish.We will not return! You owe everything to our veterans, & this treatment is absolutely unacceptable! Read more
