Probably worst location on the coast. The employees hide from customers , rarely seem to have hot and ready pizzas ,and this... is my 3rd time receiving hard as a rock bread sticks . Owner or management need to get it together. Read more

I have recently been to this location and thought I would try it out the customer service here is atrocious the first time last... week I stood there without being greeted while the two women Young light skinned girl with long hair.sat behind the counter outof sight gossiping with foul language while they knew I was waiting to be helped I eventually was able to get my order. I wasguessing it was just a one time thing but I am mistaken. Today at approximately 12:20 PM I came to this location once again topick up my order. The young lady there Lily was at the window with another customer chatting looked at the door saw me andscoffed and turned back to her customer without greeting me or showing me any type of regard. I proceeded to stand there forseveral minutes without a word being said to me while the ladies in the back just looked at me without a word as well. MissLily even came around the corner and walked completely around me without a word and back to the person at the window. I wasfinally able to receive my order today. But I will not be returning to this location again very disappointed in this level ofcare. Read more

Lousy customer service! I was waiting for someone to help me at the window, and the girl that did finally come to the window... didn?t even say boo. No how may I help you. She just stood there staring at me. No wonder this place has issues with peoplebeing rude to them. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service and respect. Read more

Pizza is good, but lets talk about the nasty, rude employees. I'm sorry I came in and bought pizza and disrupted your life. I... won't do that again. My bad for asking questions. I don't appreciate the snarky attitude .. I'm sorry I am a customer. Thefirst time I ended up with hard, dried up breadsticks that were un-edible which seemed to be 3 days old, yuck, and this time Iseemed to be an inconvenience to the employees day. Maybe they should appreciate the fact that they actually have a job to goto. And for reference I was in the D'iberville location on 3/6/2022. Read more
