Ordered a cookie cake the day before and was told, ?yes it will be ready by the next day at 10:30AM?. The person on the phone... confirmed with the manager that it would be done the next day. Came in to get it today and guess what? It was not ready. ThanksGreat American Cookie for the the great service you do!
