Went in today at 9:55am, placed order gave name Jones and waited for order. The team was working their hearts out which is... understandable. I waited an hour later checked area the staff was leaving completed drinks. My order was sitting as I waswaiting unnecessarily, the cashier took the wrong name. I advised her that I could have been out but she had taken the wrongname, labeled on bag was James. Staff member asked if i would like to have my items reheated, I said yes. She then said well Icannot reheat after you touch them, so I requested another sausage egg and cheese sandwich. When are brought it to she gave nosorry or thank you nothing. 1. A busy day like today needs management. If there was a manager no plan of action was present.Lobby full of guests waiting?zero customer service. 2. There should be a wait time quoted prior to acceptance of transaction 3.Always thank customers for their patience when busy, when guests are visibly annoyed. Love the brand but having a plan ofaction will make it better on guests and staff. Been in hospitality and tourism for 30 years and know you can be better. Read more
This is seriously the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I sat in the drive through for over 40 min. with 8 cars in front of... me. It is like this every single time. Honestly, I try to avoid this location because of it. Read more
Coffee was made well, as close to the order I requested. Staff was very unorganized, they clearly weren?t operating as... efficiently as they could. We ordered about 15 minutes in advanced and waited at the shop for another 30 minutes. One drink cameout in the first 20 minutes, the second at about 27 mins, and the two pastries were being prepared over and over to the pointthey could have just handed them off to us and we would heat them. The staff seemed to not be in sync, or paused their currenttasks often. Frustrating for fast food coffee. Total wait made this a place to skip. Read more

The slowest Starbucks known to man. It doesn't even matter if there is not that many people in the drive thru. It's better to... just go to the Target across the street. Read more
Had a really bad day. Asked them to make me something with coffee to cheer me up and they went above and beyond. Even wrote you... are amazing on the cup. From someone with severe depression and really low self-esteem those 3 words made so much difference.Thank you so much Read more

Slow service. Bad customer service. Sometimes they make your drink correctly and charge you correctly. Go to the Starbucks... across the street in target. Read more
