First things first, this spot is honestly the nicest place I've ever been to in Mississippi. It was my first time in the state... for context. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted well by Amber Lee as well as taken very great care of usconsidering that it was our first time in Mississippi and at a Twin Peaks. Amber was super wholesome and amazing to me and myfamily (if anyone who is reading this and is the franchise operator/manager of this location, please give Amber our sinceregratitude and a raise for her hard work, SHE REALLY DESERVES IT!!!!!) The food there is surprisingly the BEST! I've had anavocado smash burger with the meat substituted with the beyond meat. For a spot like this, this is honestly the BEST beyond meatburger I've ever had in my life which brings spots like Red Robins to shame. Amber Lee was very tentative to our family. She was very friendly and provided great service. She ensured our drinks were... filled. Followed up promptly after our food was delivered to see how it was. Our food and drinks came out quickly and the foodwas right and the came out hot. Stopped here on the way to the airport and sat at the bar. The service was very fast. It would have taken longer at a fast food... place.The steak salad was great! I loved the steak salad and would recommend it. My coworker had the meatball sub and he lovedit as well The bar had 3 people working it and all the ladies did a great job making sure everything was good and we had all ofour drinks and anything else we needed. Our server Makayla was great. Food was not the best. This is our third or fourth visit laid back, cool place. However this is... the second time I have ordered wings and they were not clean properly. I had to pluck feathers from them, I'm not talking abouta small amount of feather every wing had feathers on it. Wings was supposed to be fried crispy, classic sauce with lemon peppersprinkle, wings were soft and no lemon pepper sprinkle. My server got the manager and he apologized, I'm sure it wasn't therestaurant manager, maybe the kitchen manager. We won't be going back. Read more
The dining experience here at twin peaks was good. The service was as fast as you could expect and the food was delicious. The... price on the wings was a little steep for my tastes but not too much for it to be a major issue. My biggest issue was I feellike children should NOT be allowed here as there was a baby and it cried the entire time. Overall a good experience, wouldrecommend coming here with a group of males aged late 20's to early 30's. Read more
Amber Lee was our waitress, we eat here a lot and she has been one of the best. I highly Recommend her. The last time we came... the waitress was paying more attention to the single guys instead of us as a couple. I guess she thought bigger tip. Amber didnot do that , perfectly attentive and checked on us and was friendly and like I said one of the best we have had.
