I hate to gripe but we just left the Waffle House by the scarlet pearl because they were swamped and the lady that sat us kept... helping other people who walked in after us as well as answering the phone for to go orders ????. Breakfast always fresh off the grill like most Waffle House. Staff friendly and give good service.
This one was a bit rough for me, but it's not the worse one we visited. It was perfect for us to grab a late night breakfast due... to nothing else being open at the time. Positives: First off the food was good, again at the time of night we were hungry, I'mthankful they were still open. The staff was friendly. Pricing was reasonable. Negatives: Cleanliness. I find a lot of the timethese locations are always dingy, dirty, and tables are half wiped. I haven't come across a good one yet. The cook barely usedany gloves, and the manager/other associate didn't even acknowledge us. The waitress however was nicer. Overall: This is to beexpected from this franchise. The food is always good, wish they had more variety. Sanitation needs to become more of a priorityat all locations. Read more
I was really surprised how good waffle house was!! I have tried the blueberry waffle and biscuits and gravy. Really great option... if you don't feel like making breakfast in the morning! Read more
Staff was friendly, doors were decent, tables were half wiped down. The kitchen seemed a little rough, not gonna lie. The food... was not the best, and eggs were cold. But coffee was hot and it was better than eating from chow hall at jcop hairatan. Read more
My name is Shawn Wallace and I was at your restaurant the early morning around 3:54-4:15 am on July 10, 2021. I ordered a steak... and bacon Texas cheese melt with smothered covered chunk hash browns. When i got home and open up my food I was lost for words.The sandwich was so burnt that I couldn?t believe it was steak! All I seen was bacon. I took a bite only because I had to takesome meds. It not only look horrible but tasted horrible as well. I didn?t even touch the hash browns because it was supposed tobe a full meal. I am very very dissatisfied. I took pictures of the food and trashed most of the sandwich before realizing Ishould contact you and I tried calling your restaurant but the operator came on a said their not taking any food orders over thephone and that I needed to come in. I live off Hwy 49 near Saucier and I wasn?t coming back that way right then. I feel as thomy order should be replaced. Read more
They call it aweful waffle sometimes, but for the speed and efficiency its hard to beat. Plus you can watch them cook your food.... Pretty transparent, taste good, southern hospitality. Can't complain, cleaned my plate. Read more
I have had one bad experience at this particular location. There was only 2 dudes working, not that it was busy, and the one who... was waiting tables really had no business waiting tables(he was awful). But as often as I've been coming here, the food isalways good and the service is usually top notch. Read more
