The chicken pieces were on the small side. The 'Nuclear Sauce' is described as having over 100,000 Scovilles, but was very... mild, which was very disappointing. UPDATE: After getting a response from the owner, I have updated my 3 star review to a 1star. The hollow platitude offered is meaningless. I have no reason to believe that they are going to change their operation toserve larger chicken tenders. I have no reason to believe that they will take action on the lie of a "100,000+ Scoville" dippingsauce that was timidly mild. Making chicken isn?t that hard. Matter of fact that?s why Chick Fla is so successful. If you can?t beat your competition, learn... from them. They have never given me a wrong order. However, someones cheese curds and chicken sandwich was pretty good. May haveto order that next time. Do better! Read more

I'm satisfied everytime. The chicken sandwich is amazing. I get a side of nuclear sauce to dip my fries. The fries are seasoned... by the way. Delicious. Stopped through here on a road trip with the fam. Not a great experience. Waited 20 minutes for a to-go order inside. Staff... quite unengaged and had zero care that customers were all lined up waiting forever. Grilled chicken was burnt. Fried chicken waschewy. We planned our stop around a Zaxby?s fix and left disappointed. Shocking how bad the service was with such a well donebuilding. Read more

The thing that impressed me was the quickness of my service. I got quite a bit of food and it was all packed up and ready to go... by the time I got a drink. The food itself was delicious and warm. Nice staff. Excellent menu. Perfect amount of condiments. Just regular basic chicken. Nothing special about any of it. The sauce... is just regular and doesn't have a kick. I ordered $80+ dollars worth of food for a family of 6. The food was such a smallamount for that much money when comparing it to Popeye's and other local Mom and Pop chicken joints. Read more

Fast friendly service with delicious and affordable food. I had the grilled chicken house salad and my husband had the grilled... cajun chicken club sandwich with fries. The food was perfectly seasoned, our meal was hot and prepared quickly. We ate in thegorgeous spacious dining area that was clean and comfortable. This is fast food with better-than-expected taste.
