Awesome place to visit. All food was prepared fresh, customer service was professional and friendly. Prices were reasonable and... food was delicious. No one answered the drive thru order board for 5 minutes, so I drive to window and was greeted with "What do you want?" by a... person in a Pilgrims Chicken shirt. I asked if they were still open, since it was well before closing time. An "uh huh" was thereply. I wasn't sure she was even an employee since not in a recognizable uniform. I ordered the new Smokehouse chicken and wastold to wait 17 minutes. Instead I ordered a 2pc spicy white meat and was giving and charged for a 3pc, mild with cool mashedpotatoes and flat syrupy soda. No tea available. Chicken was old and dry, not what I paid for. Big rip off. An ant was on mycup. Ants on soda fountain. Disdain for customers throughout. No wonder so many church's chickens are closing up. End of theline for trash food and rude staff. Who do think pays the rent? Where else are they going to work when it closes eventually? Read more
Pay for a 20 piece meal and they don?t even give you the biscuits. Almost didn?t even give me the 1/2 gallons drinks if I hadn?t... mention it. The large fries where more like small fries. Once I went to buy at 10am and they didn?t even have chicken they saidI had to wait 30mins. Read more
We had to wait 25 minutes for 3 tenders. Finally got our food and hit the road to head home. They gave the wrong side, wrong... sauce and no spoon to even eat the wrong side with. Smelled heavily of weed inside with employees standing by the front entrancesmoking. Never again. Read more
The staff is rude and and got upset because I asked for fresh fries and okra. They tried to serve me some that had been setting... on the counter while my chicken was being cooked. Then got mad when I asked her for fresh. Then she made a big deal and gavethe customer behind me the okra for free that she said was still good. Trying to prove a point to me. Read more
Worst fast food experience I?ve yet to have, and that?s saying A LOT. Steer CLEAR of this run down hole. We were told that they... don?t give any free dipping sauce (not even ketchup) and the lady taking our order could not understand anything we said andcould only process one word at a time. We couldn?t hear anything she said from the muffled mumble. We ordered a large fry and itlooked like a kids fry from McDonald?s and even came in the tiny paper pouch.
