Room service was atrocious..had to ask for them to clean rooms, only a couple channels worked, and to top it off the bar closed... at 9pm when it was supposed to stay open until midnight for a wedding we were attending last night. We even called to doublecheck and they said they would stay open. Also told them we were showing up at 10pm..this wedding and details were planned outfor weeks. The only reason the whole families stayed at the Astoria was because the bar was supposed to stay open. I hope all ofthe bad reviews were worth it and the free business. The worst and utter lack of service I have ever seen or experienced. After waiting 15 - 20 mins for a table with wait staff not... acknowledging us or giving an indication of wait time, it should have been a sign of things to come. Finally getting a table,staff did not bring menus. After waiting for 25 minutes at table without being acknowledged decided to go to bar to get drinks. Waited at the bar 5-10 minutes where 4 others were being served. Was never acknowledged. Noticed multiple other people comingin after us being served. Those groups were met at the door with fist bumps and hand shakes. Left bar area after it wasapparent no wait staff would even make eye contact. Returned to table for 5-10 before leaving. Was clearly ignored whiletables adjacent were served. No words were spoken with wait staff or remarks made to make them mad. They simply would notserve us. I highly discourage anyone from going here and highly discourage the use of this place as a venture for any eventincluding business meetings. I will never use this place or chain again unless it is a requirement. Read more
5 stars for service and atmosphere. Music dolls background conversations while being at an acceptable table level not... requiring a raised voice. Food is good but not a must eat unless we are talking their soup. Read more
Waited a little bit to be waited on during a slow Friday night. Salmon was amazing and blackened chicken was great. The... vegetables were steamed not sauteed, but still good. Very quiet atmosphere at the time we went. Read more

My friend and I went in around 9:00 pm on Friday night. Knowing they closed at ten and wanting one drink. We went in, and sat... down. No one came to get an order, let alone greet us after being there over 10 minutes. They weren?t busy. Went up to the bar,put in our orders, with the maid who definitely wasn?t thrilled or courteous. Fine, whatever. We go sit down, and are talking.Time goes by, and all of a sudden the lights are off. We check the time, it was 9:53. No last call, nothing was said to us.Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Read more
