Great customer service and the drinks are amazing! Ive only ever got my coffee at starbucks and my husband and i both agreed we... will be taking all our business to caribou from here on out. Also the girl who works the morning shift is an absoulte doll andat 6 am she makes the drink perfect and not to mention fast! Also the coffee genuinely seems like better quality. I personally enjoy coming here and getting some Hot Chocolate every now and then. This is a great place to get something warm or... cold to drink if you're into coffee. The service is great and quick, so you don't need to wait too long. Read more
I went in last week to purchase an iced coffee. The girl behind the counter was rushing through the whole transaction (they... weren't busy), and didn't ask me for my phone number for the rewards. So, she goes to swipe my card as I'm requesting that sheput in my number so I get my points, and had the audacity to tell me that next time I need to say something before they swipe mycard. Seriously? It's HER job to ask me about my rewards, not the other way around, but I get we're all human here and sometimesthey forget to ask. What I don't get, is that she couldn't be bothered to take another 30 seconds of her time to work it out soI could get my points. Such lackluster competency. Read more
